Timekeeper will initial any changes on the timesheet made by the timekeeper and any changes in the totals, leave code columns, and leave hours used. Timekeeper will notify payroll when an employee uses codes " 420" (Leave Without Pay) or " 185" (Accident Leave), because they are adjustments in the employee's pay check. Timekeeper will assure that the employee has attached any supporting documentation necessary for the use of certain leave codes (military, jury, etc.). Review every timesheet to verify the accuracy of the computation of hours worked, lines and column totals, and correctness of leave codes used. The department head will designate the area timekeeper and a record of that designation will be on file in Payroll & Employee Services. Employees will be able to view all comments and rejections on a weekly time entry by clicking the Comments button next to + Additional Time.Each employee will be assigned to an area timekeeper. Commenting will not send an email notification.
